Credits are the unit Rasgo uses for every generation. Each model uses a specific number of credits per generation depending on the model, resolution, and length. Subscription credits refresh on your renewal date and expire at the end of each billing cycle — they do not roll over. Credits purchased separately as top-up packs do not expire and stay on your account until you use them.

Yes. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle so your access stays uninterrupted. You can cancel anytime under Manage Billing on your Subscription page — your plan stays active until the end of the current cycle.

You can cancel at any time from your Subscription page under Manage Billing. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of your current billing cycle and you will not be charged again afterwards.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time from your Subscription page — the change takes effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle, so your existing plan stays active until then.

It depends on your plan and the models you use. Higher-quality and longer outputs (for example 4K upscales or longer videos) cost more credits per generation. Check each tool inside Rasgo for its exact credit cost.

All payments for credits and subscriptions are final. Because each generation consumes compute, Rasgo does not provide refunds, credit reversals, or prorated cancellations. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under local law. See our Terms for full details.
