Yes. On Kling 3.0 you can upload a start frame and end frame. The model animates the motion between them, giving you tight control over the opening and final shot.
Kling 3.0 supports 3-15 seconds. Kling 2.6 supports 5 or 10 seconds. Motion Control follows the source video and supports up to 30 seconds when matching video orientation.
Describe the motion explicitly — "slow dolly in", "handheld walking shot", "static camera". Vague prompts usually produce static or ambiguous motion.
